ACE Tiverton had been struggling with maintenance staff absences, and teaching staff have had problems accessing the building.

Ablou were approached about becoming a key holder for the school. We now provide 24 hours service, often as a rapid response (for example receiving a request for access at 5am and providing it by 6am).

Following the success of this service, we provide additional security and cleaning services including window cleaning, carpet cleaning and light maintenance. We now also open all windows in the schools for ventilation before the start of the working day due to COVID.
